Tabata CFX Style

Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) with a one minute rotation break between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

1. Wall-ball: 10kg, 10 ft target (Reps)
2. Sumo deadlift high-pull 40kg (Reps)
3. Box Jump: 60cm" box (Reps)
4. Push-press: 40kg (Reps)
5. Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Sound like you guy's had a great cert weekend with the guy's from the states. I wanted to get out there , but pulled up with a acute injury rested all weekend.

After Monday's episode of falling on my ankle (sadly only in the first round!) got a verdict from the physio today.

Have to be off it for 1 week, although can do upper body work later in the week. Does that mean lots of squats, pull ups>
Oh well better than nothing.

See you all probably by the end of the week.
