17.5kg instead of 20kg
Time: 18.24 (or was it 42?) about six seconds ahead of Mel. Felt a bit sad that this was my last day. Nice to meet you all. Might wander down to Wanda in Summer and say g'day.

First CF class ever and after a long post op lay off and this is NOT a rest day haha. Absolutely smashed but completed every rep. TIME? No idea, just wanted to finish it. Thanks guys!
