SDHP - sumo deadlift high pull. As the name suggests you squat like a sumo with your feet splayed, shoulders over the bar and back straight. Then pick up the bar for a dead lift with hands not too far apart. Then raise to the chest "engaging the traps" [to quote Steve and Mick]and raise to the balls of your feet.
It is one of the few excercise I can do with decent form

PT with Mick yesterday morning and 5 sessions this week hurts just thinking about it.
I may take a rest day tomorrow (however 730am start is so much more appealing than 6am).

shoulders aching, abs feeling like they are rock hard with a bit of lactic acid buildup, rib cage is tender with my lower intercostals saw when I touch them. Calves and quads are feeling fatigued.
Bring it on! I am getting pych'ed thinking about. I may have to come tomorrow morning for another dose of pain
