thanks steve your teaching of the snatch was great i may be able to get it if i stop thinking good luck with the sydney tower run my time was5.48 stay warm in canberra carla and thanks to the morning crew you are very welcoming

With yesteeday's WOD.....is it prescribed as 10 Man Makers per arm or 10 in total (5 per arm)?
