thx Simone, i double checked my book and the 30kg was for 5 reps not 1RM. I did find a 1RM for push press and it was 42.5kg. A bit disappointed. oh well, im sure my form was much better though. It was good having Mick watch us one at a time to make sure we were doing it with the form we should.

Unfortunately I'm having serious trouble walking this morning. The combination of 6 weeks off and 2 days hammering the legs has taken it's toll.
I'm going to do some upper body weights tomorrow and be back on Friday - see you all then.
