Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
Split Lunge x 12
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Hip Extensions (GHD)
Subbed 15 jumping P/ups & 15 GHD Dips for 5 x MU
7 rounds + Lunges + GHD S/UPS + GHD H/E of 8th round
Much more intensive using GHD.
