4D yeah i think this KAMPO bloke is in desperate need of a feed! tried to bump up the weight a bit today coz i thought i would have it over him coz he smashes any body weight exercise to bits!!! yeah it's Ben

That is gold news "Amazing" CPL Kampo destroyed me in a fair few workouts when I was down south and before I fully embraced Crossfit. Definitely a great addition to the Crossfit community.

Look forward to seeing you guys in Oct!

Not quite as Rx'd. Only had a 5kg ball for wall balls and 16kg kettlebell, and did 100 single skips instead of double unders. Time: 21:34
