ah crap came on before but there was no WOD. thought you guys must have had a MASSIVE night. anyway i think you deserve a few days off anyway. great job Mick and Steve.

did my own WOD

10 burpees
10 situps
10 pushups
10 squats
20mins. rounds for time

score 14 rounds +10burpees

Just want to say thanks to Shaughla & Kam it turned out to be a great nite, got abit of a headache happening but all good. It was nice to see everyone outside of the gym. Would luv to do again. Tx Stella & George for driving me home!!!

180, 190, 200, 205, 210, 220, then i got pumped and broke the gym record at work with a 4 lift set of 230kg's! personal record!!
