Great results. Quick question for you.I noticed in the loads you lifted the SP and PU weight, backed off, then continued to load up on the PU but not the SP. Did this get you a better result?

As I missed yesterdays WOD I am playing catch up so this morning was;

LUKE (R.I.P)
9 HSPU
15 Ring Dips (No rings did normal body weight dips)
21 Thrusters 40kg
200m Run (Did 400m run instead to compensate for no rings)
5 Rounds
