had planned on coming down to the gym today but just can't get there. i'll have to settle for globo gym (fitness first)

a few questions sdlhp weight? and is row in calories or metres? should you go hell for leather or try to pace it and how much break between different exercises? i'm such an ametur.

Really liked this one. Pushups after wallball were a killer though.
