S01 (SEAL) Jason Dale Lewis was killed by an IED while conducting combat operations in Southern Baghdad July 6, 2007. We name this workout "Jason" in honor of his life, family, and courage.

Forgot to mention a congrats the other day to Mark and his wife who popped out a brand new baby boy. What a whopper! Another Crossfitter in the making. Do they make a baby sized Pukie Shirt? What about KB rattles? Could be quite apt don't you think?

I just got home from being in Townsville all week. I've been a slacko and not done a scrap of training while there. I've missed classes but enjoyed catching up on my sleep!! See you all tomorrow night and the rest of you on Sat morning!

Hey All,
Back on track to training, after being off on holidays for ages, and letting a slight injury heal..
As Rx'd, with the Dips and Pull-ups. Lots of pull-ups were assisted ones where you kinda swing forward on the floor and then jump back up over the bar.
Ring dips were on my handy-dandy-home-made-rings, but i had my feet elevated behind me to make it easier.

The 60 pullups at the end got me and my forearms killed :D
