Triplet

Strict Press 2,2,2,2,2
Push Press 2,2,2,2,2
Push Jerk 2,2,2,2,2

Select a weight you can manage for all three lifts.

Helen, not sure I did your numbers justice. I think I got it right but you were missing a few notations.

Tx Carla, actually I did do 35k B Sq but only 25 for the Triplets.... that was heavy enough. Good wk though though girls!!

I up'ed it from 50 to 55 on the triplet in the 4th rnd and struggled big time. It is amazing what the extra 5kg did.
You become acutely aware of you limit! Good fun!!!

Hi all,

Thanks for your concern, I will be working out like a broken man for a while.
I dont need to go through that experience again, so nice and slow is the way to go!
