Quick question guys - does anyone know if there is a public running track near the gym?? It would be interesting on going on an excursion and seeing what our true 400 sprint, 800 and 1 k'ers are..
Kam, the closest proper running track I know is in Sylvania Waters. About a 5 minute drive from the gym. It's closed to the public though, you'd have to check with the council.

There is a grass track marked out on the oval beside Sutherland pool. The loccal little A's use it in summer & usually someone trains on it daily so presume it is reasonably accurate.
