needed a rest but couldn't resist.

30-20-10
kettlebell swing and release over head (backwards)
burpee to broad jump
ring horizontal heaves (false grip)

11min 55sec


got a good one i'm going to do one day on a 100 metre paddock/football field
100m kettlebell swing release
100m kettlebell walking lunge
100m burpee broad jump
100m run

think that'd kill.
