great day so skipped the bench and did sess outside. subded pushups. chest to ground and full lock out at elbows.

1) 50 pushups 25 heaves
2) 42 pushups 26 heaves
3) 36 pushups 22 heaves
4) 33 pushups 18 heaves
5) 29 pushups 20 heaves

No rest between sets.
My chest felt like it was going to explode on the third set!

snatch practice at CFX with Max.
Just played with 40kgs, working on a few points.

I think I did the slowest snatch in history today...

2 days of scuba diving: 8 hours in the ocean and pool

Dealing with ocean surge at the surface / on decent and the bottom of the ocean floor. Two of us chundered due to motion sickness (me included). Aching all over!
