well well well...... i found this tough!
can not do proper handstand pushups to save myself. was doing sets of ones and two to makes the reps! i don't know how many times i almost got to a rep but couldn't lock out the arms so didn't count it.
started to get the shits so i was stricter on myself with form
time 42min 52sec!

My hspu are shocking, and without a spotter i ended up subbing 20kg standing db presses.

First Crossfit work out ever and man that was hard but i love it! 24.03 as RX'd. really need to practice HSPU's. Couldnt complete a full set until about 3/4 through
